Nanchang Litian Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. is a modern manufacturing enterprise specializing in engineering machinery parts precision casting, processing and sale. Our main products include excavator bucket teeth, tooth blocks, blade angle series, adjust cylinder and assembly series, the three main vulnerable excavator spare parts series of buckets, roller carrier and connecting rods. Such series are applicable to the import carter, Komatsu, Daewoo, Hitachi, Volvo, Hyundai and domestic variety of excavators.

Our company covers an area of 42 acres and is located in 105 national highway, beside the Liao River of Pheonix Mountian development district of Anyi County, bordering Chang 9 highway, Chang airport, north river. The transportation is very convenient, and our factory building covers an area of 15,000 square meters. We achieve annual production of 10,000 tons!

Our company totally have 100 workers including all kinds of technical personnel 15 members, and among them, 7 are senior engineer staffs. We are equipped with first-class physical and chemical detection and laboratory equipment. We have imported Italian F20 spectrometer, hydraulic universal testing machine, impact testing machine, metallographic microscope, ultrasonic flaw detector and brinell hardness tester. Our production equipment has a medium frequency induction furnace (8), heat treatment furnace, gas generator, (7) magnetic particle flaw detection machine, high frequency welding machine, machining center, CNC machine, CNC drilling, etc. We strictly ensure the quality of products, and have independently developed a variety of different properties of the alloy material, for instance, ordinary alloy steel, wear-resistant steel, super wear resistant alloy steel, high strength steel, etc. We are keeping long-term extensive cooperation with experts and scholars of casting field at home and abroad. We constantly develop new products according to the market and customers' needs, and keep the leading technology.
